The antistatic POM board and POM plastic particles are extruded together by the extruder at high temperature, and then extruded through the corresponding die to obtain boards of different thicknesses. It is a thermoplastic Engineering Plastic with high melting point and high crystallinity. Because of the excellent characteristics of POM board, it is very suitable for machining on automatic lathes, especially for the production of fine parts.
POM board is a kind of hard and dense material with lubricating surface, shiny, light yellow or white, and can be used for a long time in the temperature range of -40-100°C. Its wear resistance and self-lubricity are also better than most engineering plastics, and it has outstanding oil resistance and peroxide resistance. But very intolerant to acids, strong alkalis and moonlight ultraviolet radiation.
