Anti-static Principle of ABS Sheet

Anti-static ABS products are inherently anti-static. Because antistatic agent is added to ABS products. The relative properties of antistatic agents determine its anti-electric performance. The relevant instructions are as follows:

Melting point: 75-80 degrees
Product application: This antistatic agent is mainly used in plastic products such as ABS.PA.SAN. It has good thermal stability, long-lasting antistatic effect, and effectively eliminates electrostatic hazards.
Addition: Resin addition effect ABS 1.5-2.5% 107-109 PS 1.5-2.5% 107-109 SAN 2-3% 108-109.
Instructions for use: The antistatic agent BR-BC100 can be used together with other additives, but it may absorb some additives. It is recommended to increase the amount of it to achieve the same effect. The antistatic agent adopts internal addition method when used.
